
Market development of AC100V under-shelf lights
There was a time when AC100V LED under-shelf lights were rare, and we recognized a potential market need for TANA100V, especially given the increasing emphasis on energy conservation following the Great East Japan Earthquake. This insight prompted us to begin developing sales partnerships.
Our target market ultimately became an oligopoly of fixture manufacturers. Building trust with the purchasing managers at each company was crucial. To do so, we conducted a series of meetings and presentations. While it was challenging to address all specific requirements across different properties, this experience proved invaluable. It allowed us to adopt a market-in approach to identify and uncover customer needs, thereby deepening our understanding of the market and enhancing our product development and sales strategies.
