Shaping the products with the “user’s perspective”
During the design stage, we focus not only on what kind of products our customer would choose, but on how they would use them such as their applications. To achieve this, we undertook a series of in-depth interviews to develop a product lineup tailored to their detailed needs.
This was our first attempt to release new products every two months. Although speed and quantity proved to be challenging, we successfully established a promotion strategy that incorporated user application suggestions, leading to positive results.
Through this process, we strongly realized the importance of the concept of user’s perspective. I believe that prioritizing “what is truly needed” is more essential than immediate profits and efficiency.
The success of the numerous products we’ve launched naturally stems from this mindset. Moving forward, we are committed to maintaining this belief, recognizing its vital role in sustained growth and innovation.
