Vividly light up the edges of space with unparalleled efficiency
KIWA mono™, with a compact profile of just 17 x 19 mm, offers an astonishingly low power consumption of only 1.8W/m. Most impressively, the luminous efficacy reaches up to 138 lm/W, a remarkable feat that pushes the limits of current LED and lens technology. This performance is key to reclaiming the richness of light that designers have often had to compromise. It is a unique design crafted not merely to illuminate but to vividly accentuate the edges of a space.
Feature 01
Up to 138lm/W
Super low power consumption
with impressive light
extension
The demand for reduced power consumption in green buildings continues to grow with each passing day. Until now, when choosing low-power LED lighting, tape lights with minimal direct light output were the common solution. As a result, indirect lighting and wall glazing — which create beautiful gradations — were often abandoned in green building projects due to their poor energy efficiency.

KIWA mono was developed to solve exactly this challenge. Despite its "ultra" low power consumption of just 1.8W per meter, it delivers a maximum efficiency of 138lm/W at the point of output.

This is made possible by Luci's proprietary light transmission technology, which outputs the luminous flux emitted by the LEDs into the space beyond the lens without any attenuation. Even in projects subject to regulations such as LPB, KIWA mono allows indirect lighting to be realized without compromising the design vision. Furthermore, connections of up to 50 meters from a single power transformer are possible, reducing both the cost and environmental impact of power supply units.
Feature 02
Powerful wall glazing light with lumen output up to 3000 lm
The KIWA mono™ features exceptional light control and high performance with the use of Luci's proprietary "Optiflow Array™" technology.

The 23W version offers a maximum brightness of 3000 lm, effectively illuminating surfaces of large walls. It is particularly good at highlighting the detailed textures of the arranged walls seen in hotels and commercial facilities, allowing lighting effects to fully express the designer's intended details and enhance the overall ambiance of the environment.
Feature 03
Ultra-compact at just 17 x 18.5 mm, it inconspicuously blends into any space
The KIWA mono™, featuring a minimal cross-sectional size of 17 x 18.5 mm and the precise light distribution control offered by the OptiFlow Array, allows you to create your desired illumination even in extremely small spaces down to just 20 mm square. Its virtually invisible light source offers a seamless, unobtrusive illumination that enhances the overall impression of the space.

Also, the specialized continuous lens effectively conceals the LED dots even when reflected on glossy surfaces. This ensures a clean, uniform illumination without distracting reflections or concerns about visible light sources. Thanks to its compact size, this fixture seamlessly fits into most spaces, making it an ideal choice for renovations or replacements for any projects.
Product Story
Sustainable power.
Uniting a versatile range from 1.8W/m to over 23W/m with a high efficiency of up to 138lm/W.
As the foundation of the KIWA series, KIWA mono shatters environmental constraints with overwhelming
energy-saving performance, carving vivid trails of light into any space.
As global environmental regulations tighten, power quotas for architecture become increasingly restrictive. Lighting designers have faced a grave challenge: being forced to abandon the indirect lighting they love due to its power load. KIWA mono was developed as our first response to the earnest plea: "We don't want to give up on beautiful light." The requirement was formidable—to maintain necessary brightness and graceful grazing effects at extremely low power, all within an ultra-compact frame that remains completely invisible.
To solve this, KIWA mono achieves a high-level fusion of two conflicting elements: energy efficiency and precise light distribution, controlled at a nano-scale. Our philosophy of "light transport efficiency"—delivering photons to distant surfaces with minimal attenuation even from low power sources—transforms environmental constraints into design freedom.
